Fat cat!

I know it's nothing to do with knitting but I just couldn't help it. How big is the fattest cat you've ever seen? For me, this is the one. I am still suspecting if that's visual effect instead of a real cat!

Knitting contents will return soon.

I thought the first photo was fake, but all those other photos make it all seem real.

The poor cat! That's not good for him.

Wow, that cat has an extra belly sized chin! Awww. The biggest cat I've ever seen in real life was 25 pounds, but he was just big and a little fat. I saw a book about fat cats that featured a 40 pound (or was it 60?) spherical cat. Now that cat was ginormous. I don't think he was capable of standing on his legs.

I question the reality of this cat. All of those pictures could have been doctored. The "real" looking ones have ways to hide the actual kitty size. I've seen people trying to put cat faces on their dogs before. Silliness.
The biggest cat I've seen is my stepmother's cat. She was in the upper twenties and her stomach dragged on the floor. My Dad threatened to put wide load flags on her. I guess how fat the cat depends on how big they are. I've never seen one, but I hear Maine Coons can be enormous, so if they were 40 lbs. it might be okay. My cat is a big ol pudge at 13 lbs. but trying to get a cat to lose weight is a fools game =)

At one time I would have thought that photo was fake but I once saw a cat that was HUGE. He was so fat he looked like a pillow with four little paws sticking out!

omigod. Is that cat real? At first I thought, no, he's stuffed but the facial expressions look a bit different in each photo. Beats my chubby kitties paws down.

That cat was on the news here, so it's probably real. His name is 'Mo Foon' (no happiness?/loves?)It's pretty sick!

Yikes! That is one chubby cat!! When I was in highschool my boyfriend had an light orange tabby that was just about that size...her belly touched the floor when she walked!

My Pumkin barely weighs 10 pounds! That cat could eat him for breakfast!!! :)
